GRACEWICK INTERIORS LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For Clients: We collect contact information (name, email, phone number, company) necessary to formulate proposals, coordinate operations, and deliver research materials.
For occupants: We collect demographic information, behavioral indicators, and survey responses strictly under double-opt-in consent. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is separated from survey response data.
We use respondent data solely for the purpose of interior design aggregation and statistical modeling. Client information is used solely for account management and service delivery. We do not sell client contact lists.
We implement strict access controls, transport-layer encryption (TLS 1.3), and at-rest encryption (AES-256) to safeguard data. Access to raw respondent data is restricted specifically to authorized tabulation personnel.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Panelists may withdraw consent at any time via the opt-out mechanism provided in our correspondence.
